Editorial Board Dr. Qun Ren got her PhD in Digital Marketing at Bournemouth University. She is currently the Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Southampton Solent University. Her PhD thesis on in how technology impacts on digital companies’ pricing strategy and the role of pricing in companies’ market share competition. Her current projects also consider and investigate service quality among different cultural groups, the impact of technology on sales, self-gift motivations and temporally based outcomes, cross-national differences in consumer behaviour and consumer responses to complex decisions.
