Presentation of contributions to Journal of Organisational Studies and Innovation is made possible by a limited license grant from the author(s) who have retained all copyrights on the contribution. Therefore, authors who submit to JOSI retain ownership of their original material. This right only applies to the author or co-author of those articles that their name appears on directly. All other elements of the Journal including its name, structure and organisation are also protected by copyright and are the property of Management & Business Academy.

Under this licence an author or co-author is allowed to:

Rights and Permissions for Open Access
All articles published by JOSI are licenced under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) Licence and can be distributed under these terms. Authors remain in full ownership of the copyright of those articles of which he or she is either author or co-author. Author are permitted to use the final published PDF of their article on their private website, institutional repository or any other free public server by providing a direct link to the JOSI journal website.
